Design, build, and run intelligent workflows called workstreams — repeatable AI operations for your entire team.
Get StartedToday's AI tools produce brilliant results one day and something completely different the next. There is no way to save the process, refine it, share it across the team, or scale it. Businesses need AI that is deterministic — the same workflow always follows the same steps, uses the same tools, and produces outputs in the same format.
PXEngine makes AI operations repeatable, so companies can stop reinventing the wheel every time they need something done.
Creating a workstream is a guided, conversational process. Rather than configuring a complex form, you simply tell the system what you want to accomplish.
Open a new chat and explain what you need: "Find 50 micro-influencers in the fitness niche on Instagram, score them, and draft outreach emails."
PXEngine's orchestrator agent analyzes your request, recommends a single-agent or multi-agent approach, selects the right tools and skills, and proposes a step-by-step workflow.
The workstream's instruction prompt is broken into collapsible, draggable sections. Edit the response format, adjust the workflow steps, or lock down sections you don't want changed.
Once built, the workstream becomes a template. Run it for different clients, different campaigns, or different teams — same process, consistent results.
When a user runs a saved workstream, they open a clean chat interface and either select a template from the dropdown or simply describe what they need and PXEngine auto-matches the right workstream. The right sidebar shows real-time progress, build history, and properties. Long-running tasks run as background jobs — skeleton loading states keep the user informed while they continue interacting. Results appear as interactive widgets directly in the conversation.
Drag-and-drop atoms, molecules, and organisms to compose custom agent workflows. No code required.
Build workstreams through natural language — describe what you need and the system designs the flow, selects tools, and recommends skills.
Agent instructions are organized into collapsible, draggable sections. Editable and non-editable sections coexist, with security guardrails protected from modification.
Long-running tasks run in the background. Widgets show skeleton states and fill progressively as data arrives. Users continue chatting while jobs complete.
Every element from atoms to full workstreams is reusable. Build once, use across multiple workflows, teams, and clients.
For complex tasks, the orchestrator automatically decides whether to use a single agent with skills or spin up specialized sub-agents to protect context windows.
Multi-organization support with role-based access. Users can belong to multiple organizations. Workstreams can be private, org-wide, or shared by invitation.
Live preview of widgets and workstreams in the sidebar, responsive across resolutions. Preview collapses when chat begins but remains accessible.
Curated prompt libraries that agents load on demand to perform specialized tasks more effectively, without bloating their core context.
One-click sign-in with Google accounts for frictionless onboarding.
Unlike general-purpose AI chat tools, PXEngine doesn't ask the AI to "figure it out" every time. Workstreams define a specific process: which agents run, which tools they use, what the inputs and outputs look like, and in what order the steps execute. The AI still brings intelligence and adaptability, but within a controlled, repeatable framework.
There is no separate admin panel, no separate builder app, no separate consumer app. PXEngine consolidates everything into a single interface where the left sidebar adapts based on the user's role and permissions. A regular user sees workstreams and projects. An admin also sees agents, widgets, templates, and settings.
PXEngine is designed for organizations that need to standardize how AI is used across teams. When a company acquires another business, onboards new employees, or scales a department, the workstreams ensure everyone follows the same process. The system supports multi-tenancy: users can belong to multiple organizations, and content stays isolated between them.
Most AI tools end with a chat transcript. PXEngine is building toward "smart tiles" — persistent, structured views of workstream data that live beyond the conversation. Where a widget is linear (step 1 through step N, then done), a tile is ongoing: it can display a live dashboard, a campaign tracker, or an outreach pipeline that an agent or human continues to manage over time.
PXEngine ships with a production-ready creator discovery workstream. Describe your ideal creator profile — niche, platform, audience size, engagement targets, budget — and the system handles the rest.
PXEngine is domain-agnostic. The same workstream architecture that powers creator discovery can be applied to any repeatable business process. Here's what teams are building.
Automate the research-heavy, time-consuming parts of the sales cycle while keeping humans in the loop for relationship-building and closing.
Example workflows: Lead scoring and qualification from CRM data, automated prospect research and company profiling, personalized cold outreach sequences with A/B variant testing, competitive intelligence gathering before key deals, post-call summary generation and CRM updates.
Replace weeks of manual desk research with a workstream that systematically gathers, structures, and synthesizes market intelligence.
Example workflows: Competitor feature tracking and comparison matrices, pricing analysis across market segments, customer sentiment analysis from reviews and social media, TAM/SAM/SOM estimation with source citations, weekly industry digest from curated news sources.
Standardize how your team screens, evaluates, and onboards talent. Workstreams ensure every candidate goes through the same structured evaluation.
Example workflows: Resume screening and skills-matching against job requirements, interview question generation tailored to role and seniority, new hire onboarding checklists with department-specific training paths, employee handbook Q&A agent for self-service HR support.
Bring structure and auditability to financial operations. Agents handle data gathering and formatting while humans retain approval authority.
Example workflows: Monthly financial reporting with variance analysis, vendor invoice processing and categorization, expense policy compliance checking, budget-vs-actual tracking dashboards, regulatory filing preparation with checklist verification.
Scale content production without scaling headcount. Workstreams handle research, drafting, formatting, and distribution.
Example workflows: Blog post research, outline generation, and first-draft writing, social media content calendars with platform-specific formatting, product description generation from spec sheets, SEO audit and optimization recommendations.
Give your support team structured workflows for complex customer issues. Agents gather context, suggest solutions, and draft responses.
Example workflows: Ticket triage and priority assignment based on customer tier and issue type, knowledge base article generation from resolved tickets, churn risk scoring with proactive outreach triggers, quarterly business review preparation with account health dashboards.
If your team does it more than once, PXEngine can standardize it. Define the steps, assign the agents, pick the tools, and run it reliably — every time.
PXEngine runs as a web application hosted on Railway. The frontend is a React-based interface with a component library organized in the atomic design hierarchy. The backend handles agent orchestration, tool execution, job processing, and data persistence. AI inference runs through Anthropic's Claude models, with token-aware orchestration that dynamically decides whether to use skills, single agents, or multi-agent delegation based on task complexity.
The following features are in active design or development.
Persistent, structured views of workstream data that live beyond the chat. Turn any completed workstream into an ongoing, managed interface.
Built-in components for managing entity relationships, communication tracking, and deal pipelines — assembled using the same atomic system.
Personal tweaks to shared workstream templates without affecting the master version.
Telemetry to track load times, token usage, and system performance across every component.
Copy-paste snippet embeds (like Power BI or Tableau) so workstream outputs can live anywhere.
PXEngine is currently in Early Access. Start using pre-built workstreams immediately or build your own from the component library.
